Just finished reading “So Good They Can’t Ignore You” by Cal Newport. One of the best books I read recently!
This book argues that finding the work you love needs skills, not passion. The author systematically disproves the Passion Theory and explains how we can collect career capital and use it to find the work we love.
Don’t worry, this is not a dry theory book. It is full of examples, techniques and actionable tasks which we can copy, modify as per our needs and use.
Ideal for Young readers in College/first job. But, everyone will benefit from it, in my opinion. Strongly recommended.
